WARRANTY
Every NKV Atelier piece is handcrafted with care and designed to be worn and enjoyed over time.
All jewellery includes a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing and material defects.
WHAT IS COVERED
Our warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship or materials, including:
- Faulty metal components or fittings
- Structural issues with the wooden base
- Varnish or paint defects not caused by external damage or improper care
- Defective sterling silver, gold-plated silver or stainless steel elements
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental impact, bending or pressure
- Water exposure or prolonged moisture
- Perfume, alcohol-based products or harsh chemicals
- Improper storage or abrasive cleaning
- Natural wear over time, including surface scratches or gradual gold plating wear
REPAIRS & RESTORATION
We believe jewellery should be repaired and preserved whenever possible.
Alongside warranty support, we also offer restoration and repair services for older or damaged pieces, including repainting, reglazing, hoop replacement and structural repairs.
Each repair is approached with the same care and attention as the original piece.
