We hope you will love your NKV Atelier piece.

However, if something is not quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

ORDER ISSUES

MISSING ORDER

All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us at hello@nkvatelier.com and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
DAMAGED ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please contact us with a photo of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN PERIOD

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

We will guide you through the next steps.
RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • returned in their original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING

If you are returning a correctly delivered item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged under our voluntary 30-day return policy.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, your legal right of withdrawal may still apply in accordance with applicable law. Please see our Right of Withdrawal page for further information.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may complete our Right of Withdrawal form or notify us by email at hello@nkvatelier.com before the withdrawal period expires.
