However, if something is not quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

ORDER ISSUES

MISSING ORDER

All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us at hello@nkvatelier.com and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please contact us with a photo of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • returned in their original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you are returning a correctly delivered item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
